Also, it is common knowledge that you can’t focus on a task if your mood is not right. However, you are able to do more when you are positive.      

Positivity always builds on positivity. This is why you must start your day positive.. Have a morning ritual that sets you up for a good mood, and hence a productive day.  

Another way to keep a positive mindset is to have a mind-boosting snack around you, such as bananas and nuts. Or take a power nap when you feel tired or need rest to increase your focus. Finally, get yourself involved in something else to take your mind off what’s bothering you whenever you find yourself in a rut.  

One way to keep your mind in check and deal with negative feelings is through journaling. If you are working remotely, you are going to feel isolated sometimes, and social media may be the only way you can connect with people. However, you will be setting yourself up for distraction and unproductiveness if you give in. 

4. Get good sleep.

Poor sleep or a lack of it will leave you irritable, cranky, tired, and groggy in the morning, and that’s not a good start to your day. You need to sleep well for your brain to function correctly. It also helps you be more creative, regulates your mood, and improves your focus, making you more productive. 

As a social media manager, you spend most of your day in front of a computer, and the screen’s blue light may disrupt your sleep as it delays melatonin production. So, you should leave your computer about an hour before your bedtime. You can also reduce the blue lights from your phone by turning it to night mode. Another trick is to buy a glass that filters the blue light out and reduces your exposure.
