“Whether you’re into photography, videography, music, writing, or even cooking- you need a special place for your inspirations and creations to call home.”

Creatives need to save things. Whether you’re into photography, videography, music, writing, or even cooking- you need a special place for your inspirations and creations to call home. Bubup is that place- keep photos, videos, files, links, and notes together in visual, customizable folders. What’s more, you can take that saved content and share it as an instant web page, called a Roll. Fun fact: Bublup Rolls have 17 different themes to choose from! We know creatives are well-equipped to make any Roll theme look good, but with so many options, it can be difficult to find the theme that best suits your content. With an emphasis on aesthetics and showcasing visual content, we’ve narrowed them down to the five themes that cater to creative users like you!

1. Seabreeze

Photos display beautifully in both normal and gallery modes, and a bold frame gives your images an extra pop.

This isn’t Bublup’s default Roll theme for nothing! Seabreeze is a single-column theme that is extremely versatile. As far as creatives are concerned, the three gradient color palettes are very aesthetically pleasing. Photos display beautifully in both normal and gallery modes, and a bold frame gives your images an extra pop.

This theme also makes for a great link in bio when content is displayed in list view. Links that you want to direct your audience to are easy to browse at a glance. Here’s a great link in bio example from user Girl Gone Abroad.

2. Lumi

Specifically designed to showcase photos, Lumi features five different palette options in bright and sunny hues of yellow, lime, mandarin orange, sky blue, and violet. Because the focus is on your images, text descriptions in this theme are only visible in carousel view. This is ideal for creating a photography portfolio, a mood board, or a set of deliverables to send to clients. This Roll of pretty book places is a prime example of how photos can look using this theme.

3. Darkroom

The palettes are dark and sultry (grey, black, dark purple,or slate blue) and compliment photos with a moody tone perfectly.

Darkroom, as you may have guessed by the name, was also designed for photo-centric content. This theme offers four color palettes, which directly contrast those of Lumi. The palettes are dark and sultry (grey, black, dark purple, or slate blue) and compliment photos with a moody tone perfectly. Like Lumi, descriptions are only visible in carousel view. Portfolios, mood boards, client deliverables, and link in bio all work well with this theme, it really just offers more variety when it comes to your color preferences and style! 4. Point

If your folder content is image-rich or document-focused (hello, writers!), then Point may be the perfect Roll theme for you. It offers four versatile palettes to choose from- two dark and two light. You can opt for a minimalist white or a dark grey, each with blue or orange accent options. The theme has a bit of an architectural look to it, with some decorative, angular lines. It’s a great choice for a Roll that contains a variety of content types. Your images, documents, links and more will coexist beautifully and impress any recipient. 5. Blade

The boldest theme of all! Blade is edgy and eye-catching, with four color palettes to choose from.

The boldest theme of all! Blade is edgy and eye-catching, with four color palettes to choose from. The roll header features slanted text, as do the titles and descriptions when displayed in normal view. It offers that extra bit of pizazz that other themes do not and is well-suited for artists, musicians, journalists, or anyone looking to really make a statement. Artists used Blade to promote an event in this great example.
