The Easy Way to Save, Organize, and Share…

I’m always creating, saving, and sharing all types of information at work – documents, links, videos, PDFs, presentations, and spreadsheets. I thought I was organized before, saving research and important stuff by sending it to myself in an email. Or I’d save documents to the company’s server and just bookmark the links I needed later.

But now I use Bublup because I can put everything in one place and it is so much easier to see all my content organized together for each project. As a visual person, the fact that I can put an image on everything makes processing the information in my folders much easier. And group folders allow me to quickly create places for teams to save stuff together, so I can keep tabs on progress through notifications. Want to know the best part? I don’t have to bother IT staff! 

I use Bublup to store ideas that inspire me. For example, I have a ‘Halloween Ideas’ folder because it is one of my favorite holidays and I legit start thinking about making my costume months in advance. I’ll pop in Youtube videos to cool makeup tutorials, links to items I might want on Amazon, memes, posts about celebrity gossip, or articles of ridiculous things that happened in the news that might be funny to replicate as a costume (i.e. Lady Gaga’s famous meat dress!).

Come October, it’s easier to decide on what to make because I’ve already got a whole folder to jog my memory about all the ideas I had throughout the year.

As a high school teacher, I’m always looking for new ways to organize my lessons and resources for students. I have a wide range of interests. I like to keep up with hot topics like headline news and politics but I also like to learn something new every day. Facebook used to be my go to for finding out popular news, funny new memes, tech updates, and all sorts of other things, but now it seems as though I see the same things over and over again. It has completely changed my way of staying on top of things. I can change the categories so I see just the information I want most, from international politics to celebrity gossip, and tomorrow when I need some inspo for my new house, well, home and garden, Trending has me covered with some really fun (and cheap!) DIY projects.

Moving to a new city is stressful enough. With all the logistics of finding a new apartment I needed something to help me streamline it all. I went to Charleston, SC to check out apartments for a weekend, and looked at more than half a dozen places. Bublup was absolutely invaluable. As a vlogger I needed a place to store all my videos and photos. I also like to save things I see on my twitter feed, hilarious videos my friends post on instagram, and the occasional article I find on facebook since I am constantly using these materials in my vlogs.
